2026 Middle School Skills I

This full day clinic will focus on the four main skills in volleyball serving/passing and setting/hitting. 

Morning session is serving and passing:  The serving portion will start with basic serving mechanics progressing to float serve technique and zone targeting. Passing will focus on movement and first contact forearm/hand passing.

Afternoon session is setting and hitting: The afternoon session will begin with setting mechanics then progress into arm swing technique and approach footwork.

You will receive instruction and training from the ODU staff and current players. T-shirt included. There is a cap of 50 participants. Online registration required.

Serving and Passing: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (Bring your own lunch or pre-order a boxed lunch)
Setting and Hitting: 1:00 - 4:00 PM

*A non-refundable 5.95% processing fee will be applied at checkout*

Refund Policy: Full refunds are provided only through camp cancellation insurance or for sick/injured campers who submit a physician’s statement concerning their inability to participate.
